Prepping an competing in Bikini, Sports model and Wellness competitions. Amy specialises in cardiovascular fitness, general wellness and muscular development, helping everyone achieve their fitness goals through personalised exercise programs, and personal training. She is passionate about empowering women to become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

Amy’s training approach is holistic and focuses on not just physical fitness, but also mental and emotional wellness. She believes that a positive mindset and self-care practices are key to achieving long-term success in fitness and overall well-being. Her training style can range to become as challenging as needed for every individual whilst also adding a supportive and encouraging touch.
